How I coach
If you are interested in coaching you may have many questions about how I
coach, what my fees are, etc. There are two options for my coaching services.
You can either coach with me in person, or by telephone and email.
Telephone Coaching
Working with a Life Coach via telephone is a convenient and confidential
approach. This is also supplemented by email coaching, as well as short catch-up
calls when required (no charge). The phone coaching structure is much more
directed by your needs, and I use emails to send coaching forms back and forth.
After an assessment with you I will determine the best way to use our coaching
time. This may be with a book, ebook, fill in the blank sheets, or whatever means I
see fit to help you reach the goals you are after.
Our time together will include coaching through:
Teleseminars
Phone
Emails
Coaching In Person
Some people prefer to work one-on-one with a Life Coach in person. Each session
is 60 to 90 minutes in length, and the number of sessions we have per month
depends on your needs. These sessions can be held in your home, office or even
a local café. As long as both you and I as your coach feel comfortable, the location
is your choice.
Your coaching is supplemented by emails, as well as short catch-up calls when
required (no charge). After an assessment with you I will determine the best way to
use our coaching time. This may be with a book, ebook, fill in the blank sheets, or
whatever means I see fit to help you reach the goals you are after.
Our time together will include coaching through:
One-on-one coaching
Teleseminars
Emails
Short catch-up class when required
A minimum 3 month coaching agreement will be entered into for all coaching.
Thank you Sandra...your faith in me means so, so much...
